This year, around 700 visual interpretations of the theme Look At Me! reached the jury of Weltformat Newcomer Award. The twenty most exciting works will be presented in an exhibition.

Create a poster that forces the audience to look! The theme «Look at Me!» for the Newcomer Award once again inspired over 300 young designers to submit a total of around 700 posters, all in the pursuit of being seen. The competition among these posters on the streets is particularly fierce. Each one strives to be noticed and acknowledged, to stand out either for its uniqueness or its clear and impactful message. The posters that have captured the attention of the jury can be viewed in front of the Luzerner Kantonalbank.
Every year, the Weltformat Graphic Design Festival showcases intriguing and surprising designs by young emerging designers as part of the Weltformat Newcomer Award. The winning poster is announced during the award ceremony on the festival's opening night in the Neubad Pool, and the Audience Choice Award is presented as well.
