The 100 Best Posters – Germany Austria Switzerland competition was organised for the 16th time in 2016 and has become an essential international institution in poster art. Many graphic designers, graphic arts students from universities and universities of applied sciences that offer art courses, communications agencies, clients and printers take part in the competition every year.
For this year’s festival, 632 candidates, including 183 students, presented some 2,116 posters. The 100 winners, including 52 hailing from Switzerland, were selected by the jury, chaired by
Alain Le Quernec.
