The International Design School in St. Petersburg is a private school that has different design departments: interior design, fashion design, graphic design and landscape design. It offers one and two-year professional development courses. Since 2004 Galina Metelitschenko has been the Head of Department and lecturer of Graphic Design.
Galina Metelitschenko studied book design and illustration (Artistic and Technological Book Development) at the Polygraphic Institute in Moscow. In 1994, she taught at the State Theatre St. Petersburg Academy of Contemporary Art. She has been working as an artist, set designer and graphic artist since 1983.
